You can access the PLEDGE application in the following ways:

Through My UCLA Portal:

1. Log into MyUCLA portal

2. Navigate to “Campus Life” tab

3. Under “Student Organizations,” click on “Fund Requests.”

4. On the Fund Request page, go to the upper left hand corner and click on “Search and Apply to Funds.”

5. You’ll be directed to a list of available funding resources

6. Find and select the “SREC PLEDGE Risk Management Fund” from the list.

7. Click “Apply” to access the application

Through SREC Website:

1. Go to uclasrec.com

2. Click on “PLEDGE Fund” on the Homepage

3. On the PLEDGE Fund page, click the green “Apply” button and follow the step-by-step guide

4. Under Fund Name search "SREC PLEDGE"

5. Click "Apply" to access the application

You should turn in your PLEDGE Fund application at least 21 days (3 weeks) before the date of your event. So that there is enough time for the SREC committee to review your application, and make necessary revisions.

If applications are to be submitted late, a letter explaining the reason for the delay will be required and should be addressed and emailed to the Community Programs Office Director (Antonio Sandoval, asandoval@cpo.ucla.edu) with a Carbon Copy to the SREC Administrative Support (Samantha Magpusao, smagpusao@cpo.ucla.edu) with the subject line: LATE SREC Application Submission Request.

It is best to contact your Sole advisor, so that they can be in good communication with the rest of the committee and committee advisors. You can feel free to reach out to any of the SREC members as well!

No. Only events that require working with youth under the years of 18 years will require members and volunteers to complete Youth Safety Training.
